Welcome to Muthale Mixed Secondary School
Background information:
St. Joackims Muthale Mixed Day Secondary School was started in 2008. It was sponsored by Catholic Diocese of Kitui with Mr. Mukinya being the first Principal of the School. Mr.Kavuwa was then the B.O.G chair and has retained the seat since then. Its first candidate class was in the year 2011 and managed to take 3 students to the University.

4The school has a current enrolment of 270 students against an enrolment of only 20 students back then in 2008. Not only has the school grown in enrolment, but also has seen a steady growth in academic performance; each year sending several students to the university under regular programme. Over the years, massive infrastructural developments have taken place and now it boasts of 5 classes, Kitchen, a lab, staffroom, 4 offices and a standard gate.
